Our Project Management team works with each client in an effort to help interpret and refine specifications in Design and Implementation. Because of LSIs experience, we are able to rapidly assess the clients scope of work and implement the right approach. LSIs fundamental approach services include site survey, design engineering, installation site preparation, site material staging, infrastructure installation and on-site project management.
SITE SURVEY- LSI will conduct a detailed site survey and custom tailor a new Structured Cabling System and/or modify and enhance an existing cable plant.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT- LSI Project Managers use comprehensive management tools that effectively allocate resources in order to plan, organize, execute and control the schedule, COST and coordination activities of each project or task.
CABLE PLANT INSTALLATION- LSI provides the quality installation of high performance cabling infrastructures that meet and or exceed TIA/EIA and BICSI standards and practices including premise distribution systems and campus wide networks utilizing Fiber Optics, Enhanced CAT 5 UTP, Paging, Video and all supporting hardware and components.

LSI uses AutoCAD in its design phase and as-built drawings depict cable routes and numbering.
