LSI will ensure a well organized and planned installation through all phases of each project we undertake by adhering strictly to the manufacturer’s specifications and practices for the products used. LSI's plan for ensuring quality in any project starts with our pre-installation walk. From that site walk, a thoroughly engineered and documented installation package is developed, which acts as a blueprint to job success. By providing detailed drawings, cable routing prints, connectivity diagrams and technical practices, we eliminate the guesswork and the "on the job" design that will distract from reaching the quality objective. LSI will provide a copy of this installation package to our designated customer contacts(s) prior to starting work to make sure that LSI and our customer have the same quality goals.

After developing the installation package, LSI assigns a dedicated project manager to each project. In addition to the project manager, qualified cabling and network technicians will be assigned to each installation team as appropriate. Team leaders are selected based on their abilities to coordinate and manage a group of technicians and for their skills particular to the job function required. Each installation team consists of technicians with the appropriate skills for that particular activity. LSI conducts job start-up and turnover meetings prior to beginning installation work on any project to set team quality goals and expectations.

The LSI project manager will have the responsibility of meeting all quality objectives as defined in the installation package. Specific critical points as defined in the installation package will require project manager inspection and sign-off before work continues. The project manager will be required to inspect and sign-off all completed work. Weekly project meetings with the customer and the LSI assigned team will help maintain the quality and keep scheduled target dates on track.

LSI uses Microsoft Project, Excel and Access software packages for our project management tools. This project management system allows for detailed tracking of schedules and project completion landmarks on a daily basis through a daily completion report. With this report we are able to compare calculated installation time Th actual installation time for each activity. We can therefore; respond very quickly to the need to add or move manpower to a particular installation activity to meet critical completion deadlines and maintain the scheduled target dates. Our project management tools are easy to understand and serve as an excellent communications tool with our customers and any other vendors that are involved in a particular project.

LSI will utilize a technical staff that is well versed in installing Structured Cabling Infrastructures according to BICSI and TIA/EIA standards and procedures. With proper scheduling and execution LSI will deliver fully functional office cable plant on time for a smooth occupancy transition. LSI also stands ready to go the extra mile to solve unforeseen project design modifications.
