LanStar System Inc.’s (LSI) quality philosophy is centered on the triad of Continuous Improvement, a Team Approach, and Quality at Each Step. The LSI quality process contains many sub-groups within each side of the triad as described below. Quality goals are used to provide a direction and emphasize that we should continue to seek improvements to remain an industry leader. Quality starts with a committed staff, continues throughout the design, installation, and continues with on-going support. Quality objectives concentrate efforts to specific tasks to achieve the goals.

Quality objectives:

  1. Set quality standards, measurements, and goals for LSI and its suppliers.
  2. Pro-actively seek areas for improvements.
  3. Monitor performance and customer satisfaction to verify standards are being met.
  4. Institute effective corrective action for deviations from standards or expectations.
  5. Standardize and improve designs and installations using quality materials and procedures.
  6. Involve and train employee, suppliers, and customers to achieve highest performance to standards and expectations.
  7. Integrate Suppliers, customers, and LSI to Develop solutions.
  8. Maintain arrangements with complimentary suppliers to provide total solutions.
  9. Maintain positive reinforcement system to promote quality at all activities.
  10. .Achieve effective and productive communication methods for all activities.

 LSI will utilize a technical staff that is well versed in installing Structured Cabling Infrastructures according to BICSI and TIA/EIA standards and procedures.

With proper scheduling and execution LSI will deliver a fully functional office cable plant on time for a smooth occupancy transition.

LSI also stands ready to go the extra mile to solve unforeseen project design modifications.
